      700$
      Each additional family member / partner (up to three additional people) - $400 per person for the 6 sessions
       
      • Three month program
      • Shorter program for those wanting to make minor changes
      • Opportunity to add sessions at the conclusion of the program

    • 12 Sessions

      1,200$
      Each additional family member / partner (up to three additional people) - $800 per person for the 12 sessions
       
      • Six month program
      • Longest program for those wanting to make major changes
      • Opportunity to add sessions at the conclusion of the program

    Lets go grocery shopping! I'll teach you how to read labels, navigate the store, and shop for  your health goals.

    Pantry Clean Out

    We will go through your pantry together to clean out the items that don't serve you while discussing healthier alternatives to the items you typically purchase.

    Workout Buddy

    Sometimes you just need a partner to give you the courage  and confidence to workout (especially at the gym)! One hour workout session at a gym or outdoors.
